The Boston Dyke March believes in anti-capitalist, intersectional gender liberation and welcomes all who feel the same. The March is a grassroots Pride event that is Mask Required, ASL interpreted, wheelchair, stroller, and scooter accessible. An accessibility vehicle is available for those who need a ride for some or all of the March.
Since 1995, the Boston Dyke March has remained committed to offering a non-commercial, intersectional, and fundamentally grassroots alternative to Boston’s Pride celebration. We strive to elevate voices marginalized in society and even within the lgbtq+ community.

2024 will mark the 4th annual running of Boston Theater Company’s Road of Rainbows – the first athletic event of its kind in Massachusetts, where gender has no bounds. ConcordPride is being celebrated for the first time in Concord, MA with joy and excitement and the intention of lifting up the LGBTQIA community. NBPT Pride presents Melissa Ferrick
Presented by Newburyport Pride, Melissa Ferrick returns to the Firehouse Center for the Arts on June 1, and is sure to be a major highlight of Pride weekend.
In 2023, Ferrick released Black Dress, their first single in eight years, via the venerable Kill Rock Stars Records. This release coincides with the 30th anniversary of Ferrick’s critically acclaimed major label debut, Massive Blur. Ferrick is celebrating the new release and her 30th Anniversary by touring a retrospective show titled, Throughlines.

Pride Open Mic
This special Open Mic will be gender-bent for performers to explore their opposite voice type and/or gender and learn about LGBTQ+ representation within all music genres. The parade will start at the Springfield Technical College campus at 10 a.m. Parade attendees will begin their journey through the city on the Springfield Technical Community College campus, walking onto State Street, past the MassMutual Center all the way to Stearns Square for the parade’s block party.
This family-friendly event is free and open to the public. Event highlights feature a DJ, live music, dance performances, food and drink vendors, and retail booths.
