GIMMELIVE is founded by Peter & Vickie Van Ness, who are founders of Gloucester's wildly successful block parties and have produced some of the largest and most successful concerts and festivals on Boston's North Shore.
GIMMELIVE concerts have featured Grammy-award winning legends and Rock n Roll Hall of Famers, including James Cotton, Charles Neville (of the Neville Brothers), John Sebastian, Johnny Winter and Peter Yarrow (of Peter, Paul & Mary) to name a few. Plus, gimmeLIVE introduces young rising stars, many of whom garner critical acclaim at gimmeLIVE shows.
Several gimmeLIVE shows each year support local charities and raise tens of thousands of dollars for people in need.
