What makes your business unique?
We’re a local coffee roastery, started in 1994 by two brothers Sean and Darren Pierce. We have been certified fair trade, organic, rainforest safe, and kosher since we started. We also exclusively air roast our beans, creating a cleaner and smoother tasting cup of coffee.
What does your business look like?
We are a roastery and distributor; we roast our beans and create our signature blends on-premises. Our products are sold to wholesale accounts such as coffee shops, offices, other places of business, and grocery stores. We have a website and utilize selling platforms like Amazon. We also offer home delivery or pick up at the roastery.
Why is it important to support businesses like yours?
Businesses like ours that focus on doing the right thing first and the bottom line second are important in shaping and shifting the focus from short-term profits to the collective good. All businesses create a wake and produce a footprint; it’s important to be mindful of the steps we take. We believe that life is ultimately a great adventure, and the fuel you choose to drive these excursions may just prove to determine the eventual outcome; be exact and maintain your standards. We’ve discovered good things grow from this approach.

Thank you so much for the loyalty and support we’ve been shown. It’s been and continues to be our sincere pleasure to be a staple in the Valley for the last 25 years. It never gets old seeing the delight on the face of a person trying one of our signatures, air-roasted brews for the first time.
How has your business changed or adapted during the COVID-19 pandemic?
The pandemic shifted much of our focus and approach from in-person to online. Tastings and samplings of our brews are core practices, but this was shelved due to the pandemic. We focused instead on safe practices and socially distanced avenues of distribution. We expanded our home delivery program as well as offering convenient curbside pick-up.
