Describe your business
Tres Latinas LLC is a women-owned and women-run food truck business. The owners Yosi, Eli, and Vero, are three friends from Caracas, Venezuela, with a passion for sharing their delicious arepas with everyone. The dream began more than ten years ago, and it became a reality during the pandemic.
What makes your business unique?
These Tres Latinas, married to three “gringos”, love to cook and create new authentic dishes such as buffalo or “burger” arepas, creations that unite the American and Venezuelan cultures. Yosi, Eli, and Vero also maintain the tradition of their country by making well-known cheese tequeños with exquisite garlic sauce, meat and chicken empanadas, cheese cachapas, and the most traditional desserts such as quesillo and tres leches.
What does your business look like?
We are a food truck that operates across multiple cities within MA. We have a steady spot at the Elks Lodge parking lot in Lawrence; we operate Thursdays and Fridays from 11 am to 2 pm. The best way to find our location is to follow us on social media.
