The $176 million Hampton Inn by Hilton and Homewood Suites by Hilton Boston Seaport will be a 14-story, 411-room hotel building at 660 Seaport Blvd. The property will also include 7,400 square feet of prime restaurant and retail space, fitness center, heated pool, business center and an outdoor terrace.

Set to open in early 2021 at the corner of Summer and D Streets, the Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport will be a catalyst to the development in the Seaport. Brief Description: The MGM Music Hall at Fenway marks the first development project undertaken by FSGRE beyond the walls of Fenway Park. The project will occupy roughly 91,500 square feet on four levels, and accommodate approximately 5,000 patrons.

MIT Museum

Date of Opening: Spring 2022

Brief Description: As part of MIT’s Kendall Square Initiative, the MIT Museum is preparing to take up residence in the eye of Kendall Square’s innovation district, where it will occupy more than 58,000 square feet of galleries, classrooms, and state-of-the-art program and performance spaces—all at the threshold of MIT’s campus. The projected opening date for the new Museum is early spring 2022.
