Rose is back to teach her popular Qigong & Tai Chi class! Explore these practices to improve health, reduce stress, and increase endurance and mobility. In the tranquil environment of Tower Hill you will breathe deeply and practice gentle fluid movements mindfully to reduce stress and improve strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, range of motion, and stamina.

Rose Lee has been teaching Chinese martial arts for more than 20 years in fitness clubs, retirement communities and senior centers. Rose is also an experienced Nutrition and Cooking Instructor teaching and promoting plant-based diet and life style since 1999. She is currently producing a "Veggie Planet Cooking Show" on WayCamTV in Wayland, MA, Rose is an inspiring enthusiastic instructor.
