Unwind, relax, and stretch in the peaceful setting of the gardens. Our repeat yoga classes are gentle-to-moderate flow open for all levels. Primarily, yoga classes are held outdoors. You must pre-register for all yoga classes. Schedule of classes is below. When registering, please click "select classes" above and checkmark the classes you would like to attend. Classes listed above are based on which day and time you clicked on the program calendar.

Mandi Garrison is an experienced 500-hour Kripalu yoga instructor and a yoga practitioner for nearly 20 years. Her calming and intuitively guided classes aim to provide energetic balance and a refuge from the hectic activities of daily life. Mandi's background begins with the rich practices of Iyengar, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, and Kundalini yoga -- and expands to specialize in intuitive sequencing, seasonal yoga practices, yoga for special populations, and guiding pranayama, meditation and relaxation. She is a member of the Yoga Alliance and the Kripalu Yoga and Ayurveda Association.
Justine Pulaski is an experienced 200-hour Ashtanga yoga instructor who has been practicing yoga for over twenty years. She has additional certifications in Restorative yoga and Myofascial Release, currently continuing her studies of Yin Yoga. Justine specializes in gentle, restorative practice for all levels combing meditation and self-awareness into her classes. Justine is a member of Yoga Alliance. She currently teaches and practices in Central Massachusetts.
Lisa Moore began her yoga journey due to back problems and scoliosis. She has developed passions for Restorative, Gentle Flow and Yin Yoga. Lisa is a RYT 200, receiving her certification through Central Mass Yoga and Wellness in West Boylston. A member of the Yoga Alliance, Lisa currently teaches at Cape Ann YMCA in Gloucester.
Additional Program Information
1. Bring your own mat and any props you may need.
2. This class is primarily outdoors. In the event of inclement weather or other factors the class will be moved indoors.
3. Yoga classes are posted mid-month for the upcoming month. Example: Yoga classes for August will be posted mid-July.
4. Please note, there is currently construction happening at Tower Hill, which may result in altered or obstructed walkways, parking lots, or parking spaces, in addition to some noise.
