Instructor: Nadine Mazzola
Forest bathing (taking in the atmosphere of the forest with all your senses) can lower anxiety and stress levels. In this time of isolation it is important to connect with nature, each other and ourselves. Join Nadine Mazzola, award winning author and Certified Forest Therapy Guide, as she discusses forest-bathing, its origins, benefits for health, healing and well-being and tips for forest-bathing on your own and how this practice can rebuild our relationship with nature and a deep sense of belonging. This webinar will be focused on how persons 50-plus can create a meaningful forest bathing practice with their daily life. Caregivers are also encouraged to come learn how to add forest bathing into their practice.
