This 300-acre park was established by Frank Stanley Beveridge, founder of Stanley Home Products, Inc. Stanley Park of Westfield, is in the foothills of the Berkshires. The park is known for its landmark Carillon Tower, floral gardens, and a Colonial-era Village, which surrounds the pond area. There are recreation fields, tennis and basketball courts and an ADA compliant children's playground. The park has picnic sites with picnic tables and grills available. The Frank Stanley Beveridge Wildlife Sanctuary, which spans 229-acres, has marked trails for those who enjoy nature. During the summer season there are free programs and events, such as Sunday night concerts, nature workshops, health initiative programs and programs for children. The park is a popular venue for weddings and there are pavilions available to rent for different occasions.
