Wander the beautiful 53 acres at Martin House Farm, including a house, two barns, and farmland that has been continuously cultivated for 300 years. Walk the trails used by the Wampanoags as you imagine life during the formation of our country. The land was purchased by John Martin in 1715. His son later built the house for his family sometime during 1728 and 1734. The original building was enlarged from one room to eight rooms in the early 1800s. Traveling back in time to this magical place with your family will leave them with an appreciation for modern-day life. Periodic arts and crafts projects take place in the barn, as well as special themed events throughout the season. Pack a lunch and head out to enjoy a docent-led tour and the majestic farmland. Admission is $5. Children under 12 and active military and families are admitted free. Owned and operated by The National Society of The Colonial Dames of America in The Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Open on Sundays from mid-July through September, from 1-4 pm. Please check nscdama.org for updated schedule information due to Covid-19.
