The Maloney family -- Terry, Judith, and Field -- began making hard cider commercially in 1984, when West County Cider became the first U.S. winery to specialize in hard cider. We press fruit from our own orchard and other local orchards, and make ciders in a range of styles from classic heirloom varietals. Our tasting room at 106 Bardwell's Ferry Rd. in Shelburne MA is open every Saturday and Sunday after Labor Day through December from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
