When the heat has you feeling hot and sticky, nothing beats a scoop (or three) of delicious ice cream to keep you cool and refreshed. While ice cream tastes good year round, summer is the ultimate season to enjoy ice cream. This ultimate comfort food can be customized with toppings or dressed down with a simple scoop on a cone, the choice is yours.
For vegans, scooping out great ice cream can be challenging, since ice cream by definition is chock-full of dairy. Being dairy-free need not stop you from indulging in this tasty dessert, since the Bay state is increasingly vegan friendly and ice cream is no exception.
