Summer is the time for vacation, and with three months of warm weather on our doorstep, we’d like to introduce you to a new way to enjoy all that Massachusetts has to offer: Vacation You.
How does Vacation You work? It’s simple. Just go to www.massvacation.com/vacationyou and take a look around to see what tickles your fancy.
When you arrive at the website, you’ll find a variety of activity and event suggestions, each one offering something a little bit different for summer travelers and adventurers.
If your ideal summer day involves a whole lot of beach time, Vacation You has you covered. Click “Explore” in the “Lounging on a Beach” bubble and you’ll get a real-time look at some of the best Instagram beach scenes from across Massachusetts, as well as the latest Twitter buzz about Massachusetts beaches.

Once you’ve checked out what people are seeing and saying, click on the “Fun Ideas” tab and you’ll be able to view plenty of beach day trip ideas perfect for a summer day. At the “Fun Ideas” section, a comprehensive list of Massachusetts beaches will also be just one click away.

If the beach isn’t Vacation You, fear not! There are plenty of other ways to make the most of sunny weather, from getting artsy to being outdoorsy to eating ice cream. With seven total categories of entertaining ways to spend the day, you won’t ever have to worry about any lazy days this summer (unless, of course, that’s exactly what you want).

Each month, we’ll be giving away an awesome Massachusetts vacation to one lucky New England resident. To enter to win the trip, all you need to do is take a photo on Instagram and tag it with #vacationyou and one of the hashtags listed below.

Once you’ve done that, not only will you be entered for your chance to win a Massachusetts getaway, but your photo will also be pulled into the nifty Vacation You website and displayed in one of the bubbles.
