What’s happening in Massachusetts this weekend? Think local, think “finds,” and think maple.
We’d be remiss to fully claim that this is all that is happening this weekend in Massachusetts regarding maple sugaring, so, we won’t; but this is certainly a starting point for figuring out how to have some Massachusetts maple sugaring weekend fun!
The season is coming down to its last few weeks, but there are still quite a few ways to experience Massachusetts maple sugaring, and from a historical standpoint, we’re starting with Old Sturbridge Village and their Maple Days.
Old Sturbridge Village, Maple Days: Having initially kicked off earlier this month, Maple Days run during weekends in March, and offer visitors the opportunity to see maple sugaring as it was done in the early 19th-century!
